Having trouble with 411? I can go there but when you click on a provider it want go to her page. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like your pop-up blocker. Try right clicking their name and selecting it opens a new page or if you are using your phone press and hold their name until the menu comes up and then select open on a new page.
