Do looks matter to a provider?

I have always wondered, when you providers respond to people, does it matter what they look like or is it 100% business. I am under 40 and workout 6 days a week to stay in shape and always make sure I am well kept. Anyway, I'm curious, do ya'll charge less based on looks?

In my experience, the nicer a man is has more to do with getting free time off me than anything. I've also noticed that the nicest guys out there aren't always the Calvin Klein model types.
