But I want to hear thoughts on this topic
- why some gents don't?

This is a great topic and it has personal relevance for me. I find that as I get older it becomes more difficult "to come to attention" but starting with some kissing and/or cuddling often has a significant positive impact. Kissing can either make or break a situation. I love nibbling or sucking on someone's bottom lip. Too much tongue action or saliva can totally kill it for me though, nothing is worse than having saliva dripping off your chin.
