Proteus, to each his own but my vote is that VIP and DA are extremely reputable providers and have excellent customer service. They do cater to their familiar clients, time-wasters aren't catered to. I would easily put them in top tier providers.

BP is hit or miss. For every 5 shots you find a gem. The question is whether you want to drop a grand for one good hour 
. DA is at the top, VIP is gaining traction, and there only seems to be about 5 valley gems that Frequent Eccie. I also hear that the valley UTR scene is strong but good luck breaking in to it .
