Happy Monday!
I know Monday's can be draining and a pain in the a*@ for the fellas who have to get up and get back to work! One of my New Year resolutions this year is to develop a healthier morning routine. Wake up early, eat a healthy hearty breakfast, light yoga, read new current events, jot down new goals, listen to some good tunes & ect.
I have stuck to this routine every morning since the beginning of the year and I have definitely seen a drastic change in my health! Waking up more energized and feeling rejuvenated! With that being said, I Thought I'd spread some positive vibes this morning and share a video of my "MOOD" The Cape Verde side of me came out this AM!! Lol
