Can I read review?

I am confused. I realize that I do not have status because I have not done a review for the time that ECCIE was down, but in the past I could see part of a review between the times I had status. Now most cases I get a message telling me that I do not have access rights to any part of the review. But every once in a while, I get to see the part of the review that I could see in the past when I did not have status. Can someone tell me what is going on now?

Old shit is locked up... no old reviews are viewable. They do not fit in to todays guidlines...
Editing all old reviews would take decades!
