Good suggestion Dennis, always check Angies List first. Have not been dissapointed up to now.

rex-man, since you are a pro and know the bis and how to pick and keep an eye on subs, I would suggest a craigslist ad.

It dont cost nothing. I have gotten a pretty decent framer, sheetrock guy, and, recently an architect for some siteplans and elevations.

Its amazing the caliber of trades looking for a little extra work these days.
