I've been there several times and there is a WIDE variety of masseuses you may encounter..... young to old and pretty to..... not. I've never gotten a hint that anything other than massage is offered.

I've wanted to do this at an AMP before, but never had the stones to turn and walk out once I was already back in the room. I just feel too bad about walking out on them. I have "changed my mind" about the hour long service with table shower and opted for just a 30 minute back massage only session a couple of times.
