I've never minded when she puts her hands on my head but I feel that me putting my hands on her head might be a bit scary for her unless we really know each other and I don't think I could ever bring myself to force her head down on me.
Related I can't stand the hand on the throat thing, one of the fastest ways for me to close a video is seeing that.

I guess it depends on your intentions. I've heard stories of guys holding the girls head in order to force cim when it's not on her menu.

For my 2¢ I ALWAYS insist, when I'm in the munch'n position, on 3 things.
1 - Hold my head
2- Watch me
3-Pop!!!!!
Profane, disgusting and generally insulting remarks are optional but HIGHLY desirable!
On the opposite end of the spectrum, a gentle hold or nudge just makes it more complete. Tucking my hands under a thigh or arm of a chair don't cut it.
