If you are really wanting accurate information in the PCT 4 area, a good place to look is their list of rub places they've hit with an "administrative" visit, because if they haven't yet, just go check in a few days, because the paperwork hasn't been processed to put it online yet, and they may be wanting to "re-visit" shortly. I , Would not use an ATM, in one of those places. You are charged a fee by the owner of the machine ,And a fee from the bank that issues your debit or credit card.The owner of the ATM may not be the spa. I would say you should contact your card issuer's customer service phone number. I have found that cash is better for hobby activity.
