HPD squad car parked at Sunny Spa

Last night I saw an HPD squad car parked at Sunny Spa on Westheimer. He was in the middle of the parking space closer to the building facing the Westheimer. I don't know if he was sitting there to catch speeders but you would think he would sit closer to an entrance or exit to get better results.

(Was their an officer inside the vehicle?)

I've too seen a squad car in that parking lot on a number of occasions, maybe the cop is taking a break of filling out paperwork, cops need poontang too.
