There are two types of 'enemy' lurkers here, C O P S and bible thumpers. Bible thumpers if given enough information can then complain to the C O P S, forcing the C O P S to at least an inspection or a sting.
LL posted one link that shows C O P S activity whether it was a random inspection or they received a complaint. There were far too many 'complaints' being made to be 'normal'
