Generally, the area is fine, although it's not what it used to be, which IMO was due to the extreme and unnecessary publicity it acquired from repetitive and revealing reviews, many of which were bs, while activities were happening right next door to the DPS digs and EMS operations. It was ok as long as the area was challenged with the "never-ending" highway construction that impeded much desire to establish an ongoing business in any of the office buildings.
