Things we can link from our post

DJ it seems that since the rules changed I have gotten into trouble for posting pics that used to be fine but now are not. So what I have been thinking is why not start a site that can be linked from threads here that contain a directory with hookers names that can be clicked on that take you to their pics even nude ones or those depicting sex maybe even videos.

I thought I had it figured out but after seeing you post that you had to remove a link a hooker linked from her showcase because it showed sex acts now I am not so sure.

Can you make it clear what is ok to link to from eccie as far as nudes, sex acts, and also video.

It just seems like a site that has all a girls pics even the ones that are absolutely not allowed here would be very beneficial.

I doubt I have time and dont know if you can get the kind of storage needed or bandwidth required for free to host such a site. I just think it might be a good idea.

The biggest obstacle for ANY Image or Video posted by a Hobbyist will be the approval and consent of the Female to having her likeness posted on a "Hooker Board".

How will you know, unless it has been posted on Eccie?

If posted in the public portion of her Website, did she give permission or consent for her images to be posted on Eccie?

If not, does she have a case for Copyright infringement?

If the photos ARE Copyrighted, there is a real good chance she does.

On to the questions you asked in a previous post, see below.
  • Topless images, including nipples, are acceptable. However, they should be purely nude in nature, rather than a sexual depiction. In other words, no licking or groping of the breasts or nipples.
  • No below the waist nudity is allowed. Thongs, bikini bottoms, etc. are required. No exposed anus or exposed genitalia. No exceptions, even if nothing is exposed, there needs to be some sort of garment worn (e.g., underwear, bikini, thong, etc.). Think of what would be appropriate at a topless strip club. Butt cheeks are welcome. Additionally, images where the subject is wearing something below the waist, but still leave genitalia, the anus, or pubic hair partially exposed are not allowed. Clothing that clings to the genital region or clothing that is somewhat transparent is permitted. Common examples of what is not acceptable are nude shower photos where the lady is covered in bubbles or nude pictures of the lady kneeling even where the genital region is concealed, a garment must be worn and visible.
  • No images of sexual acts whatsoever. Also, please avoid even the implication of sex acts (e.g., two people kissing, a person taking off another person’s shirt, etc.). No photos with multiple ladies or photos of two partially clad people. If you are not sure, then simply make it easy and avoid photos with more than one person. Male nudity is also not allowed.

If a male member wishes to post photos, regardless of their location on ECCIE, they must also comply with the above image standards.

Additionally, the following restrictions apply immediately and also retroactively:
  1. Male members may only post photos of ladies that the lady herself has made available in her posts on ECCIE or the publicly viewable portion of her website or another publicly available internet source.
  2. Male members may not take photos during their encounters and post them on ECCIE, regardless of their location on the site or state of dress of the lady.
  3. Additionally, photos of female members may not be posted without the lady’s permission and consent. It does not matter where these images are posted or if private tags are used. It is entirely up to the lady’s discretion as to what photos of her will be posted and they will be removed immediately at her request.
  4. Any photos that depict or imply sexual activity in any way are prohibited. For instance, a member cannot post a photo of two porn stars, or anyone for that matter, engaging in sexual activity and state “this is what we were doing.” “Sexual activity” includes kissing or fondling.

The above is excerpts from the Image Revision Standard. The following are answers to the questions you posed:

So links to nudes are ok but no sexual activity? As long as they comply with all of the Image Standards. Can we post links to porn vids on porn sites? No. So if I want to post a link to me fucking a hooker that is a no no? Correct - That's a No. I just need to know if I were to set up a site where we can upload photos of all the hookers that come through what is acceptable. Knock yourself out, But you can't post Images, Videos or Links on Eccie if they don't meet all of the Image Standards Criteria Above. I think it would be really helpful to have a link we can post that has pics of all the hookers who come here so guys can see what they can expect should they decide to go see her. Agreed, and most of the time you have that. It's called the Showcase or Bio Page. Pics are the number one thing I use to decide if I want to see a girl. So do most of the Hobbyists.

Pics showing no nudity OK I think I understand that See # 1,2,3,4

Pics showing nudity? See # 1,2,3,4

Pics showing sex? See # 4

pics showing masturmation? See # 4

Videos showing nudity? See # 1,2,3,4,

Videos showing sex? See # 4

Videos showing masturbation? See # 4

I can't take the credit for creating this very detailed and informative post. I posed your questions to a senior Staff member that was gracious enough to take the time to lay it out in an understandable format.
Thats very clear. There seems to be no way to circumvent the Image Revision Standard. Not even going off site. At least if we want to link it from here ever. And if you dont link it from here whats the sense anyways.

So the idea of a site that can be linked from eccie dies with this thread. It was just a thought anyways one I probably lack the skill to bring to fruition.

Thanks for clearing it up

No problem sir.

The only feasible way that I see to even remotely share what is being discussed is to do so via pm. Each monger could have their own repository of pics that they could share thru pm’s. I know that’s a bit tedious, but will eliminate the violation.
Question/Comment/Discussion/JustPissingInTheWind

A link, is a hyperlink, which allows the visitor to use to the function to active another document or program, such as this LINK to the Eccie.net homepage.

Eccie.net, as written, is NOT a link, it is text. There is no hyperlink component. That said, one could copy the text and add it to a browser and generate the homepage of eccie as a response.

When links are mentioned, is it actual hyperlinks or does this also include text that mentions another website in any form?

Thus text written out mentioning example.com, if example.com had a lot free hooker pics, is

A) Acceptable

B) Unacceptable

If unacceptable, then the powers to be should include "mentions" as well as links in the terms.
Hey DJ, a lot of ladies are using private snap chats and video sites for extra income. Can they say PM me about my _________video site and mention the name of the site they use if there's not a direct link to their videos or pics? Also, some ladies on their webpage have videos or links their videos there as well as more revealing pics. Is it safe to say as long as there is a degree of separation this won't violate the community standards?

I would believe that they can also mention the site they are referring to without actually providing the link to it publicly.

Follow up questions:

1. Provider camel-toe pictures? Covered but . . . you can pretty much see everything.

2. When we do reviews and link to the provider's website in addition to ECCIE profile, must the outside website also be compliant? That would be hard to do and enforce, since the provider can change it at will after we put up the link.

2. Have posed this question to Admins for clarification. Awaiting response on this. But agree with the Enforcement aspect, would be difficult at best.
