Norma of CL disappointing

I texted her in the morning and we agreed on a time later in the day. I texted that I was close. She responded to let her know when I got there. I got there, and texted as requested. Crickets. I waited 10 more minutes and texted her again to make sure she knew I was there. Crickets. I ended up waiting a half an hour because of her positive reviews. Crickets. No explanation. Nothing. Her TCB needs a lot of work. I would not recommend.
