I don't seem to be able to post in the welcome forum, yet I see recently where another male handle has been able to. What determines who can post in the forum. Someone posted that I would like to welcome.

This was a sincere question. Are we supposed to be able to post in the welcome forum? It appears that some of us can but most of us can’t.

This has been an on going issue.
Sometimes this issue can be cleared by deleting the Cache and the Cookies stored on your device, and then rebooting
If that provides no relief, then send an e-mail to Web Support, as there have been attempts to rectify this issue recently.
Share with them your Eccie User Name and explain the issue you are having.
