Age isn't so much of the issue, my man. I'm 49, 6'3" and 250 lbs. I'm in really good shape. I'm in the gym 3 to 5 days a week. I don't kill myself in workouts, but I do push myself. I don't eat super healthy, but I do pay attention to what I eat. Get to the gym, pay attention to the food and you'll be fine.
