Looking for dark skin Asians (thinking Filipino, maybe) known for dark nipples too.

In most Asian countries the lighter the skin....the higher rank in life. Makes what you seek a little harder to find

Go Korean. They have the whitest skin among Asians coming from northern latitudes.
