Unfortunately, the North & East Texas Board covers a very large area. I know you are in Beaumont but not all hobbyist get on ECCIE daily. You will have hobbyist from as far away as Texarkana and Wichita Falls looking at you proposal. Texarkana is 5 hours from Beaumont and Wichita Falls is 6+ hours from Beaumont.

It is always a good idea to post the general location of the date. This saves you and potential hobbyist valuable time. They won't spend time researching you and you will not spend time reading unnecessary PMs/Text and can concentrate on the lucky Beaumont Guys.

Just a suggestion that has proven to help others in the past.
