Anyone been yet? Near Buck wilds

The 412 address shut down but looks like this place just opened. I may go this week just to take a look but if anyone has gone let me know.

There is more movement around this location than the 412 one. Especially with that cafe place next door, which has people hanging around outside.

On the opposite side 412 just had that shady looking barber shop (which probably didn't give a shit) in that lonely corner.
