This is still common in Asia but not here. The girl would actually step all over your back to increase the pressure. I think one of my rib or muscle got tear from this.

^^^ I totally agree with that. Back walking is only good when therapist really knows what she is doing. However, most of those therapists are not licensed and can do more damage to your body than you can imagine.

Large boobs?!?!?! Seen her many times and the small boobs are the only downside to her, everything else is a+.

I’ve got to be at a very legit place if the lady is going to walk on my back. Also I’m going to need to feel their regular massage first to vet their skills. I’ve been really jacked up as well by non licensed hand jobbers on my back.
