Best Steakhouse in Monroe

Going to be in the Monroe area in a couple of weeks & was wondering about Doe's or Ronnie's any advice on them or a mom & pop places. Hadn't been to Cottons in a few years but is it still a good idea.

Just my opinion, but Waterfront Grill has the best steak in town. Char 19 is also good. (The NOLA Debris fries alone are worth the trip to Char 19.)

Doe's is a bit overrated (except for the original location in Greenville), Cotton is hit or miss and I'm not familiar with Ronnie's.
Doe's is good, my opinion never been to the other. Char 19 is pretty good. Parish is awesome also.
