Best in what criteria? You won't find much of a Chinatown experience in Katy but there are some very nice ones. A new Korean-style huge spa is being built on Westgreen just south of I-10. Get your toes done, your elbows waxed and a pot of kimchee all in one place.

If you want to be treated like a king (but no happy time at the end) go to iMassage on Barker-Cypress near Park Row. If you want all the happy-time without the stress of making chit-chat or a pretend-massage (although not technically Katy), go see Relax Spa on Hwy 6 near Keith Harrow and ask for whomever opens the door.

If you want the short asian with huge bazoombas and to be conflicted about your life choices afterwards, Go ask for Mimi at Johnny's or TNJ, whatever they are calling it this week.
