AMP Tipping Question - House %

I am assuming the house gets a % of the tips (if not, correct me here). If they do, does anyone have any idea how much of a % they take?

I’ve never heard of the ‘house’ getting any portion of the tips. Typically the girls get up to 50% of the house fee, sometimes less but get 100% of their tips.
Thanks GM, much appreciated.

basically correct for an actual massage establishment, asian places included.

now if you're talking about what some of us refer to as a "spa" (such as the old 7 star) where no pretense of a massage is going to take place, the lady usually gets none of the door fee and only works for tips. whether or not they have to share tips with the house is between the lady and the house.
Correct, standard HE and legit shops earn half of house fee, keep tips. FS shops, boss earns HF, providers keep tips, but pay for some private room supplies.
girls get up to 50% of the house fee and 100% of their tips.

How in the heck to the shop owners stay in business? Most of the money goes to the staff. Seems like a high risk/ low reward for the owners. I guess I’m underestimating how much business must be going in. If the house fee is $60 and the owner only gets $30 they will need a lot of customers to be able to pay rent, property taxes, insurance and utilities.
From a lady in the business...
50/50 on the fee
That is why many places have a camera network so the owner does not have to be on the premises to know how many customers came to at least collect the house portion of the fee.

As for tips some let the lady collect 100% of the tips some take 50% (or ?%) of the tip.
No way does the provider get half the door fee. Do the math, it wouldn’t be profitable to the owner. The provider probably gets half the tip after giving the spa their percentage and paying fees.
I've always wondered why some places correct HF up front and some let you pay afterwards.
Normal Spas - House gets 100% of fees in most places. Provider gets 100% of tips.

Foot massage with only HE - usually 80/20 (or 70/30) house on fees and provider keeps 100% of tips.

Why not? 7 star (extreme example) probably had about 5 girls each seeing an average of 10 guys a day minimum. That’s 50 guys a day in and out so the house makes $3k a day, $90k a month and over $1 million a year. Yeah not a good business decision....
It varies for 50% house fee to 60/40 for part time or if they dont have a license they get less of the house fee.they keep all the tips.

Now getting a place involves finding someplace finding a lower leasing rate like around $2000. In a high end neighborhood where tips are more. The city maybe require a Spa business license, in addition to the State required licenses for the business [MEL] and therapist[LMT].
