Makes you wonder how many will re-open or just shutter the doors for good. Just hope the new tenants don't go into some of these places with a blacklight!

Business has slowed for several of the spas and a number of girls haven’t/won’t return to work because of virus scares. We may well end up with a lot fewer at the end of this.

I'm sure there are going to be plenty close that are no loss but if too many of them close, these places are going to think they can keep raising the rates due to supply and demand. Granted, you can't swing a cat in Houston without hitting an AMP so that might be a while.
