its always like 85 90 degree's in these amps?

No sense in running the a/c all day for just a few customers.

Any that I have gone into have turned on the AC when I got there. Still not because it takes time to cool down. For most, business is slow so they are trying to keep expenses down. I only know of one place that is constantly busy. Of course they are the only worthwhile spot in their area.
It’s usually too cold for me.

It’s fine if we finish up with a table shower. Not as good to walk out looking and smelling like I put in a full day in the yard.
