There are too many named "Alex" etc or some variation of it.

She's hit and miss
She will do CFS if you get to know her

Tried to get an appointment with her a few times she never had time available it seemed

I seriously tried counseling her about good customer service, phone etiquette, and how to attract higher end clients rather than creeps... and clearly that fell on deaf ears...

Probably doesn't help that she gossips about her customers.
