Fort Smith Dealing with The C-19

So far this has been the laxed about this crap we are dealing with.
I mean the normal wear mask in public but the town seems normal activities.
I Still can not find green rubbing alcohol.
DO THEY HAVE SOME ON THE BASE? ANY BODY FIND ANY FOR ME?
