She posted a few ad's as being a local gal with apartment. Google search of phone number and pics comes up with nothing... that's why I have concerns. Any info would be greatly appreciated!! As always, thank you very much and have a great day!!

I thought about it, but without the disclaimer at the bottom of the ad, I opted not to try.

I've messaged her a couple times, got one quick response, but either shes fake or shes beyond super cautious.
