Asian Goddess visiting West Texas need restaurant recommendations

Hello everyone, Txnikki and I will be traveling Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and El Paso in ten days. Can please anyone recommend good restaurant with those cities? I would appreciate it, and if anyone wants to have lunch and dinner with me and Txnikki, we are available to dine in with you.

The Barrel and Derrick at the new down town Marriott Convention Center in Odessa has never disappointed.
Ask for an Archie special drink at the bar.
