Democrats and to be fair, Republicans ( but Democrats are running the show now ) have said, that "nothing" happens in Russia without Putin knowing it and approving it. That may be a bit exaggerated, maybe not but anyway, as it relates to this story, for the Biden administration to be so quick to determine that Putin had nothing to do with this even though it can ( supposedly ) be traced back to Russia, has many wondering why Biden after accusing Trump of playing footsie with Putin, has decided to give the man Biden called a killer, a pass on this.
