Physical Description: She was short with a big booty and large breasts. I think she had braces. According to her she was half Filipino & half Mexican. She wasn't scary looking but was just OK. 6/10 face 7/10 body.

She has been given some training but the massage was poor at best. On the flip she immediately went hard on the upsell telling me she works for tips. I had already told her what I was paying so that was a big turnoff for me.

I think this is why Luxury and Sun Spa in Dallas do so well. You may get variation in the girls, but you have a pretty clear idea of what you'll get in the experience.

I think the best way to get this consistency is to find someone you enjoy, and be a regular. There are shops around with 1 or 2 girls working, so it's statistically easier in those. I think Maple on 6 has 2 ladies working (not 100% certain here), and Cici's shop on Antoine next to Casanova's is a one-woman shop (100% on this one). Houston Moonlight on 45N just transitioned from 2 to 3 ladies, but all are nearing retirement and only rate around 4/10 so consistency (or convenient location) should be your top priority at that place - no stunners, but menu seems consistent across ladies from what I've seen.
