I've heard this place has decent talent but is a little pricey!

I had one girl here years ago that loved to talk. We'd bump uglies then she'd tell about some rich guy that would bring his wife so she could watch him bang two girls, or one that liked to watch girls eat his wife.

What better image than to bust some high profile rich person for partaking. Plus I know several of the developers that are buying and rebuilding many of those older houses and apartments. They are trying hard to get rid of “those places” in and around Shepherd/Greenbriar/Alabama.
It’s all risk/reward. If being in that place trapped when HPD show up is worth it, all the best to those who partake. I used to go to them, no more. Far too much at stake at this point in my life.

Yes, the builders...the ones that are coming into neighborhoods and destroying streets, causing flooding issues, fooling people into thinking they bought a quality structure, cutting down any tree that is in their path to make money, clogging up our private streets with construction trucks of all kinds, bringing strangers on our private streets, then they run off into the sunset with the money and let the people in the area try to figure out how to pick up the pieces on their lifetime investments
