HCC cops are NOT Rent-A-Cops, they can and will fuck with you if they see fit.

All college's I believe have their own police force, when I was at ACC I got into shit with the cops there for not having a parking pass! Ninjas take their job too seriously.....

Just have to test their limits and tip accordingly.
