Thanks Mudd. May have to try this place out. Not the massage place.

I was a little concerned about the pictures of the place inside with them only having 1 TV visible to watch soccer games. I typically judge a Mexican restaurant by the number of TV's visible (preferably 3 or more), if the hot sauce served with the chips is warm and most importantly, if the flour tortillas are homemade. Points off though for having "veggie" options available. No self-respecting mexican restaurant will have veggies other than cilantro, peppers and onions.

Watch for the cheese to melt. Fold her in half. Transfer to a cutting board and arrange her into wedges. Add some sour cream, guacamole, or salsa. She tastes so good!

Wipe the pan clean and repeat.
