This is it. Whenever they say "no massage" what they mean is the business doesn't have the paperwork to operate as a massage parlor and the girls themselves are not actually trained or licensed by any means. One of the reasons that some places "give really good massages" is because the ladies that work there are actual LMTs, lol!

And believe me, a real massage from someone trained properly is 10x better than a lame body rub, no matter how attractive the person giving it may be.
