Theres a website called public data. You can run plates of all the cars in the parking lot. It will tell you who they are registered to. Its like 60 a month for over 100 look ups i think. Im thinking of using it.

I went by this place and was full to the brim. Even during thanksgiving they were stuffing turkeys.
