Recently found a neat effect on Instagram called “neon outline”.
I had too much fun with it and I’d love to see any creative pictures y’all have done using this effect, or maybe there is one you like even better?

That looks pretty cool. I used to have some photo software on my computer that could make things look like a watercolor, or a line drawing. Not sure now what it was, with every computer "upgrade", computers lose the ability to use the good old software.
