A few months ago, the Senile Biden administration sent 30 FBI agents (aka Senile Biden's Gestapo) to Mark Houck's house and arrested him in front of his wife and seven children.
The case had been thrown out of a district court the year prior.
Today, he was found not guilty.
A federal jury on Monday acquitted Catholic pro-life activist Mark Houck, who was charged with violating the FACE Act over a 2021 skirmish with a Planned Parenthood volunteer outside a Pennsylvania clinic.
The FACE Act prohibits “violent, threatening, damaging, and obstructive conduct intended to injure, intimidate, or interfere with the right to seek, obtain, or provide reproductive health services.”

With Mark Houck, as with Jack Phillips, the persecution is the whole point
Senile Biden’s DOJ deliberately distorted the law in order to persecute Houck. Local authorities never pressed charges against Houck, having determined that the case was too weak. Yet Senile Biden’s prosecutors decided to go for it anyway
