Does anyone have any encounter history with Kelly?

I'm new to the hobby and while ER has like 12 reviews I'm not sure where else to go for reviews of the nature. The reviews are also mixed in that older reviews note she looks different but the newer ones say she looks the same.
I've done research and there's an absolute ton of posts from her all over the net, and listening to some guides here and there that's supposed to be an indication of legitimacy? I'm just trying to find a second opinion instead of just the one site.
