UPDATE ON ORIGINAL POST
The situation has been taken care of. It was just a misunderstanding and poor communication on both our parts that just snowballed out of control. The services were taken care of and then some. Extra time was given because of it. She did not steal from me. We both just had poor communication/tech issues with cell phones.
