They got those few big names, but a 54 hole, occasional tournament is not competition. It's the Circus come to town. Dudes with guaranteed money, a showcase, but no drive to win and compete. Too scattered to spur interest. TV relegated to local broadcast stations. The players they signed are unlikeable. Mickelson was likeable years ago, but even prior to LIV he was showing intense signs of greed.
