The scent of bullshit from the ad and the response are strong. Stop texting random, obviously fake ads (or at least do so with a backup app number tied to a random email account) and stop believing those kinds of replies.

Anytime I see pics like that on an ad a big red flag pops up. Too good to be true usually means just that.
