Clarence Thomas sued by Republican for allegedly failing to pay income taxes.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is reportedly facing a lawsuit alleging a failure to pay taxes. With questions already being raised about Thomas and the other Supreme Court justices when it comes to determining whether they are following ethics rules, John Anthony Castro weighs in to explain his legal action, Newsweek reports.

"Castro, a long-shot Republican presidential candidate and tax attorney who filed a flurry of lawsuits seeking to remove former President Donald Trump from the GOP primary ballot, told Newsweek that he is filing suit against Thomas in a Virginia court under the Virginia Fraud Against Taxpayers Act (VFATA)," the outlet reported. "Although he mailed the complaint to the court on Friday, he expects it to take two business days for the court to process and file the case."

That’ll take about 4 seconds to get tossed, like the million other law suits he’s filed. Sorry dude, you can’t sue your way into prominence.

LOL

John Anthony Castro (born October 4, 1983) is an American tax return preparer and perennial candidate who has unsuccessfully run for political office as both a Republican and a Democrat.[citation needed] Castro is known for his involvement in Dixon v Commissioner and its related cases, an extensive series of court rulings that — in finding that Castro's clients improperly filed their tax returns — ruled that certain authentication requirements are not subject to waiver.

Castro is a self-described attorney, though has never been licensed to practice law. According to the New York Times, he has been involved in a "dizzying array of legal disputes", and has sued or been sued by clients, competitors, government agencies, and others. In 2024 he was indicted on 33 felony charges of tax fraud
... "Countersuit" Castro surely has his-own problems.
Berry has pointed out a patchel of them.

... He's the "new" Michael Avanati - and we all know just what
HIS fate was. ... Off to the "Hoosgow Hilton"...

... Reminds me of a poem from that Wise and Great
Australian soothe-sayer - Confuchiss.

"When you start suing people to and frow,
you then may find your own-self - on Skid Row."
