Mobile Outage - affecting your hobbing?

How is everyone faring due to the outage? I can get a hold of anyone 😉

Enable WiFi messaging and calling on your phone.

I can message on WiFi, but wifi calling won't connect.

What device are you using? I did what Zman recommended on my iPhone and it is working for me.

Android, but that's not going to help while traveling

Cell service is back.

Yup. Happened at 3:30 am this morning. I went to AT&T store this morning. It’s nationwide: AT&T, Verizon T-Mobile, all affected. 90% of the network is back. In was advised to turn on Wi-Fi calling. All good now as my 5G+ is back.

Wifi calling is a device by device basis with ATT, which is dumb.


I can confirm on Verizon, I had 0 issues. I know some other people who were on Spectrum mobile, Verizon and had no issues. Based on the traffic on twitter, it was mostly ATT and the companies that use their towers.
