Be cautious here, MsPrittiKitti, you being a business lady, a roommate being a business lady, worse case, that's a misdemeanor till you pick up the 3rd case, which is a state jail felony.

Renting a room regularly to different mongers, that could be construed as promoting prostitution, which is a felony. So consider sticking with the roommate model.

Id love to have an affordable place to play with a young lady FWB.. sucks hooking up with someone when neither can host :P

I agree with flinde. The security of your incall and your personal security is the main issue here. And yes I know this will be your personal business decision but please be wise...

I would be careful renting out to the guys. You just never know. Maybe only to the ones you know if you really needed to rent it out that bad.
