What’s Overrated, Underrated, or Needs to Go?

The habits, expectations, and norms that come with navigating the scene I have found vary widely over the last decade. Maybe it’s the belief that “the client is always right,” or the assumption that all encounters have to fit a specific script.

What’s something people hype up in this space that you think is totally overrated? On the flip side, what’s an underrated gem—a little-known courtesy or expectation—that deserves more attention? what’s one “rule” or practice you’d toss out entirely if you could?
So Waffles, my beloved feline, is mad at me . My wife is out of town. I might be getting a divorce and retiring. Anyway, I came home smelling like pussy because I had sex with 3 women today. So Waffles was mad. I had to take Waffles for a long walk before she warmed up to me. Look, by the way you have excellent reviews and a great reputation. I have a roundtable with some fellas and your name always comes up with great reviews. Honestly YMMV to me is over rated. I believe that should be thrown out the window

Case in point. I expect my surgeon to do their job no matter how he or she feels about me. Same here. Close your eyes, go to your happy place and do your job. If you are that repulsed by a person kindly hand them back all of their money and gently ask them to leave.

It's your job. I expect a woman to do her job. Oh, the client is absolutely always right. As long as the client isn't overly rude, puts their hands on you. Oh and the overly rude part well I've dealt with it. I've had a client call me a ni**a lover( the client saw a picture of my wife on my desk) and I smiled at the client and still gave her the best service I could. So yeah, YMMV to me is what I would get rid of first
