No it’s right off of 35 in a strip center.

A few people have been shot and killed recently in that strip center parking lot. And has designated that area as a high crime area.

I bought a house two blocks north of there in 1998 then moved in 2014 (we got annexed by the city of Austin) and never had any issues while I lived there. I still go to the Northern Tool store on occasion. But I guess some of the low lifes from the Rundberg area could have migrated up to Braker. I did read about a shooting at that old bar that happened around 2 am, but then nothing good happens that time of night anyway.
