My balls are all wet and smell like pussy

I got itchy balls and leg and it smells like pussy puss it keeps felling damp down there. Should I use monistat cream or jock itch powder. Monistat cream wet so I afraid it make worse. I use poison ivy cream but burns like hell so can't use for more than a few minutes.

Scrub vigorously with a stiff bristle brush, then pour bleach on the affected area.

Rub some long cut snuff on it.

Normal crotch rot. Keep it dry, plenty of airflow, and use powder to absorb moisture. Avoid all the chemical potions.
