There are many other prosecuters in Fulton County who could take on the case, and move forward with it. Course- I doubt that they will given the amount of political influence that Trump has shoved into those offices where appeals or ethics or prosecution may be discussed.

Anthony Michael Kreis, a Georgia State University constitutional law professor, said he agreed with appellate court Judge Benjamin Land’s (Appointed by a Republican) dissenting opinion criticizing Judges Todd Markle (Appointed by Republican) and Trenton Brown (again - appointed by a Republican) for not explaining their reason to overrule McAfee’s decision to allow Willis to continue prosecuting the case.
Kreis said the Supreme Court justices will have to determine whether the appellate ruling failed to provide adequate explanation behind overruling McAfee’s decision or if the high court should even proceed with taking up the case. ( they vote no- without a reason-smells fishy)
Chicken shit fucking Republicans- are simply forcing this up to the GA supreme court. Does Fani survive this- doubtful, but will it equally go away- Equally Doubtful, especially for the other participants. They may go to court without Donald being charged while in office- but that's only 4 yrs to go. The rest will face an uncertain outcome.
The appellate ruling does not dismiss the long-standing election interference criminal charges against Trump and his co-defendants prior to his Jan. 20 inauguration. Trump’s attorneys have argued that the cases should be dismissed because criminal charges against a sitting president are not permitted under the U.S. Constitution.
